The texture of the meat is reminiscent of tuna or veal – it has a firm, muscular texture but is also tender. If you are not a fish lover, we still recommend trying swordfish – the taste is slightly fishy but also “meaty”.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
